When I was pregnant with my child, and for a while after, I tried every type of product to get rid of my stretch marks. Finally, after about a year of hard work, I have achieved the weight loss goal of my dreams. I would have never guessed that I would ever be a size two! I try to make every daunting task in my life more fun, and weight loss has been no different. I decided to get some weight loss items that I could have fun with and include my kids in. My older sister Kathleen is really into the "natural" lifestyle. When she first started it, I have to admit that I teased her quite a bit, but over time, I began to act really supporting. I ran into an old friend of mine a while back, and I could not believe how great she looked. Not to say that she was not beautiful before, but she had lost a lot of weight and she looked super happy, fit and full of energy. After weeks of browsing and shopping at an amazing online health and wellness superstore, I discovered the most curious little flower. What I found was a order of Blue Malva flowers. Way back in the day, when my husband and I first met, I thought he was the most handsome guy in the world. Here we are years later, and I still feel the same way about him. I never thought that I would see the day, but somehow, I have begun a "hippy" stage in my life. Even though I do not think that I will live this way forever, I have learned so much for the time being. I will not lie... I am kind of lazy when it comes to exercising, and it did not really bother me until very recently. During my last doctor appointment, I was told that I was lacking in vitamin b12. Being a vegetarian for over ten years, I was not surprised by the news. After working my butt off, literally, I finally achieved my weight loss goal. I have completely changed my lifestyle, and in turn, have completely changed my body. Ever since I turned thirty, I have found that I gain weight much more easily, and I find it far more difficult to lose the weight I gain. While in college, I realized that I loved to drink tea. Actually, my roommates and I would stop literally every day at the same time for tea. One of the teas I loved most, and still do, is Yerba Mate. With some cream and honey, it is absolutely delicious. Plus, it has always helped me keep my energy up and my weight consistent. It is not a subject that everyone wants to talk about all of the time, but when it comes to menopause, women could sure use a little sympathy.
